I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and significant life transitions, pregnancy and parenting, tailoring my approach to each person because there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to growth and healing.

My own journey through life’s ups and downs has shaped the empathy, authenticity, and compassion I bring to therapy. I consider myself a lifelong learner, both personally and professionally, and I chose psychotherapy because it aligns with my passion to empower others along their own journeys.

I work with individuals (18+) coping with ADHD, anxiety, life changes, relationship challenges, perfectionism, and career transitions and stress.

My Approach

Sessions with me are warm, conversational, and grounding, focusing on both emotions and the body. We co-create each session, combining practical tools for managing stress, anxiety, or life transitions with time to explore patterns, relationships, or emotions for greater insight and clarity.

Over time, clients often notice greater confidence and self-trust, clearer communication and relationships, relief from stress or anxiety, and more authenticity, joy, and meaning in their lives. My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, supported, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges in a way that fits your unique needs and values.

No one experiences life and its challenges in the same way, so why would there just be one approach to therapy? There are so many approaches to therapy out there, so I'd like to tell you a bit about what to expect from me. I follow a client centred approach to therapy, where I pull from a few different modalities and we collaborate in those first sessions to create an overall treatment plan that is tailored to you.
