What We Offer

We offer a range of services for adults who are seeking support and personal growth.

Individual Therapy

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for something to shift, individual therapy offers a personalized space to dive into what’s going on beneath the surface.

Couples Therapy

Every relationship has its hard seasons. Couples counselling offers a space for couples to have conversations that feel too big for home, with support, without judgment, and with tools for better communication and moving forward.

Teen Therapy

The teenage years can feel overwhelming, especially when trying to make sense of emotions, relationships, identity, and life’s pressures. Teen therapy creates space to slow down, feel understood, and build tools to navigate challenges with greater confidence and self-awareness.

Neurofeedback

In a neurofeedback session, sensors measure your brain activity in real time and feed it back to you through sound or visual cues. Over time, your brain learns from this feedback and starts to self-regulate more effectively. It’s gentle, evidence-informed, and often helpful when other approaches haven’t worked.

Somatic Therapy

Somatic Therapy is a body-centred approach that helps individuals understand and regulate the connection between their mind, body, and nervous system. It can support healing from trauma, anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm by fostering greater awareness, resilience, and well-being.

Our Philosophy

Noema refers to the content of thought, what the mind is truly directed toward. We chose the name because it points at something we care about: understanding your inner world, not just the surface of it.

We believe therapy works best when it's clear, collaborative, and actually moves you forward. We don't start from scratch each week or treat sessions like check-ins. Instead, we build momentum, each conversation deepens the last, and we track progress as we go, because you should be able to feel the difference. We work with you to understand yourself better, develop new tools, and heal. We draw on cognitive, somatic, and relational approaches, shaped around you, not applied to you
