Our Approach

Therapy is a space for you to explore and untangle what's holding you back, build more balance and clarity in your life. We work with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about the next step — whether it’s stress, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or something else.

Together, we’ll dig into what’s going on beneath the surface — your thoughts, feelings, and body’s signals — and move toward a deeper understanding of yourself. We use a mix of evidence-based tools, like CBT, mindfulness, somatic work, and neurofeedback, as well as a dose of humor and curiosity to help you move forward in a way that makes sense for you.

Sessions are available online and in-person at 1364 Dundas Street West.

Services Offered

 We offer 50-minute sessions (starting at $155), both online and in-person in Toronto’s West End (Trinity Bellwoods). Evening and weekend appointments are available to accommodate busy schedules.

We also provide sliding scale spots if cost is a concern and insurance receipts for Registered Psychotherapist coverage.
