Hi, I’m Karina—a therapist who believes that clarity and calm are possible, even when life feels anything but. I’ve spent the past five years helping people make sense of what’s going on inside and around them, whether it’s anxiety, their relationships, stress, ADHD, burnout, or chronic health issues. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based techniques —but also deeply human. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. You can read more about me here.
