I have 5+ years of experience working with individuals and couples navigating life transitions and challenges such as relationships (romantic, family, friends, and workplace), stress, anxiety, burnout, depression, navigating add/adhd, grief, recovering from difficult experiences, chronic pain, and self-esteem. My style is collaborative, approachable, and grounded in evidence-based tools, with plenty of curiosity, kindness, and the occasional gentle nudge towards challenge and growth.
