A Little About Me

I work with folks who are curious, thoughtful, and want more out of life—more meaning, more connection, and a clearer sense of who they are. They might not know exactly where to start, but they know something needs to shift.

My approach is collaborative, approachable, and rooted in evidence-based tools. I bring curiosity, kindness, and the occasional gentle nudge when it’s needed. You can read more about me here.

You Might Be Here Because…

  • Your thoughts won’t slow down, and rest doesn’t feel restful

  • You feel like you’re “on” all the time, even when you’re alone

  • You’re navigating something hard — a breakup, a diagnosis, a transition — and could use a place to land

  • You keep asking yourself, “Why does this keep happening?”

  • You’re trying to be everything for everyone, and there’s not much left for you

  • You don’t quite feel like yourself, but you don’t know how to get back

If any of this resonates, you’re not broken — you’re human. And therapy might help you find more clarity, more steadiness, and more space to be you.

What You Can Expect

  • A space that’s supportive, honest, and grounded

  • Help unpacking patterns and building new skills

  • Clarity on your values and how to live them

  • Therapy that’s both evidence-based and human

This isn’t one-size-fits-all therapy. Sessions are tailored to you—whether that includes evidence-based approaches to address specific symptoms or challenges you are facing, or exploring your thoughts and values to lead a more aligned life, or learning a few tools and techniques you can bring into your day-to-day.

Some Logistics

  • I offer therapy online across Ontario, and in-person in Roncesvalles (Toronto)

  • I work with individuals, couples, and offer a few online groups

  • You’re welcome here whether you’re new to therapy or returning after some time away

  • I offer a free consult — it’s way to see if it feels like a fit

More Insight. More Balance. More Ease.

Smart, thoughtful, capable people get stuck too.

No matter what you're dealing with, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Life throws a lot at us—big changes, past experiences that might be lingering, or just the day-to-day pressure of keeping it all together. It helps to have someone in your corner, someone to talk things through with and sort out what’s actually going on.

Therapy can help you get unstuck and move toward something more meaningful.

A laptop with a glowing logo sits on a tan couch. A patterned pillow is next to it. There is a green sofa with a white pillow across from it. A large potted plant is by the window in a well-lit room.
  • Psychotherapy can be a powerful tool for navigating life's challenges, processing difficult emotions, and moving through patterns you might feel stuck in. We’ll guide you through this process by offering support and effective strategies to bolster your unique strengths, connections, and skills to foster healing and growth. By addressing both challenges and strengths, psychotherapy empowers you to move forward and engage with life in a more satisfying way.

  • The first step in getting started is finding a therapist that is a supportive fit for you. Research shows that the effectiveness of psychotherapy is closely tied to the relationship between the client and therapist, which is why an initial consultation is important.

At Noema Care a free consultation is offered to discuss therapy goals, fees, and scheduling. During an initial consult, you’ll be able to assess the therapist's suitability and the therapist will determine if their expertise meets your needs. If needed, therapists will refer you to practitioners they deem are a better fit.

You’ll know you have a good fit when you feel the therapist understands you, offers helpful insights, support, and tools. You can get a better sense of fit after completing an initial consult.

If you choose to move forward, the initial session then provides an opportunity to further connect and collaborate on therapy goals and duration. Clients are always informed about therapy costs, length, and methods and have the freedom to end therapy at any time.

  • Yes, but this depends on your specific insurance coverage. Please check with your insurance to see if you are covered for “Registered Psychotherapist.”

Most private insurance plans cover mental health services, but the type of providers (i.e. Registered Psychotherapist, Social Workers etc.,) and the amount they cover can vary.
