In-Person & Virtual

I'm here to help you feel more at ease with yourself, especially when life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or like you're carrying too much alone.

Maybe you're navigating a career transition and questioning whether you're on the right path. Or anxiety has become your constant companion, making even small decisions feel heavy. Perhaps your relationships feel strained, or work stress is bleeding into every corner of your life. Whatever brings you here, I want you to know: you don't have to have it all figured out.

I work with individuals (18+) coping with ADHD, anxiety, life changes, relationship challenges, perfectionism, and career transitions and stress.

My Approach

I work in a way that's warm, collaborative, and focused on what matters to you and your goals. Some days that means learning practical skills to manage anxiety or communicate more clearly. Other days it's about slowing down to understand the patterns beneath the surface: the stories you've been telling yourself, or the ways you've learned to cope that aren't helpful anymore.

I blend structure with openness. I'm here to offer tools and direction when that's helpful, but I also trust that you're the expert on your own life.
