In-Person & Virtual
There are two main beliefs that guide my life and work: that we, humans, are whole beings—our thoughts, emotions, physical experiences, and sense of meaning are deeply connected—and that we all carry an inner sense of what feels true and right, even if it’s been quieted by stress, fear, hurt, or past experiences.
I work with children, teens, and adults navigating learning challenges, anxiety, ADHD, and depression, as well as life transitions, burnout, relationships, family challenges, and questions around identity and direction.

My Approach
In our work together, I focus on understanding you as a whole person while helping you reconnect with your inner clarity. Whether I’m working with a child, teen, or adult, I adapt my approach to your stage of life and way of expressing yourself, supporting you in making choices that feel aligned with who you are.
Starting therapy can bring up uncertainty, anxiety, curiosity, or hope. I will meet you where you are at and aim to create a space where you can explore openly while also being gently challenged when it supports your growth.
