I’m interested in the big questions in life and am endlessly curious about what gets in our way, and what helps us grow into more of who we really are. In my own journey I found that therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices were helpful, which is why I like to offer these tools. I bring a warm, collaborative, and grounded presence to therapy, along with a healthy dose of humour, playfulness, and joy when it fits the moment.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, burnout, ADHD, depression, chronic illness, relationship struggles, or just feeling a little lost or overwhelmed, therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and figure out what’s next. My hope is that you leave each session feeling a bit more grounded, a bit more resourced, and a bit more like yourself.

My Approach

In our work together, we’ll explore your strengths, your values, and what’s most important to you. We’ll also look at the patterns, beliefs, or experiences that may be getting in the way of living the life you want — with meaning, connection, and maybe even some ease.

Together, we’ll build the tools and support you need to make meaningful change, even (especially) when it feels scary, messy, or hard.

Get In Touch

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”

— Mary Oliver

We’re all just humans trying to make it in this world; we’re wired for connection, prone to overthinking, and somehow expected to balance ambition, self-awareness, and a to-do list.

Therapy is where you get to slow down, untangle stuff, and build a life that feels more aligned, more alive, and more yours. I’ll bring curiosity, humour, a few well-placed questions, a deep belief in your ability to do hard things, and offer the support you need to do them.
