Hi there! Being in the middle of a journey of change or stress can feel isolating and challenging. I’ve found that slowing down to pause, learning about your surroundings, and taking a moment to understand the parts of your experience can be a moving, transformative experience for growth and reflection. I try to foster a reflective, collaborative and creative therapy room where we consider the multilayers of your stories, reconnect to your internal and external resources, and build roads to self-compassion and self-understanding. I bring a thoughtful, curious, and paced presence to therapy where laughs and tears are welcome.

I work with individuals (18+) coping with anxiety, life changes, relationship challenges, loss/grief, perfectionism, boundary setting, and self-esteem/worth issues. I also support individuals navigating challenges relating to intergenerational/interpersonal trauma, burnout/stress, post-graduate blues, ADHD and cultural identity.

My Approach

As a 1.5 immigrant and writer, I prioritize cultivating a creative, culturally responsive therapy space. I believe psychotherapy provides a grounded blend of science and art where individualizing evidence-based techniques can support your mental health and wellness goals.

We can work together to address parts of your identity, uncover patterns in your emotions and beliefs, and realign with your values. My hope is to support you in curating tools to withstand stress and realign with what brings you meaning and purpose. I provide an action-oriented, collaborative, and authentic environment that fosters growth, reflection, and empowerment, where we journey together toward self-change and resilience.
